Oranjewoud N.V. concludes acquisition of Colombia's GeoIngeniería to strengthen its international position

Gouda, January 14th, 2011 - Oranjewoud N.V. has acquired 100% of the shares in Colombian consulting and engineering firm GeoIngeniería S.A. With over 400 employees, GeoIngeniería is one of the leaders in the Colombian market for civil and environmental engineering and the installation and design of pipelines for clients in the oil, gas and mining industries.
